Creamy, light and airy this chocolate mouse is so easy to make and SO good. My dad used to make and he doesnt bake anything! The important part here is to use high quality eggs, room temperature ingredients, and take your time making the french meringue. Refrigerate it over night or at least for a few hours for the best results so it has time to set. I dont like serving this with berries just a little dollop of whipped cream and its perfect.
