Notes

Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature for the best and smoothest dough. Add in your eggs one at time to not shock the mixture with too much liquid at once. Using both granulated sugar and powdered sugar in your sugar cookies To store the uncooked dough, flatten it into a rectangle and wrap with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
