I have a few questions. First of all, the recipe mentions a diagram in step 5. I am unable to see this. What precisely is a "double turn"? As well, what is ice water? Water that has ice in it, water that was recently ice, or some other thing? Also, what does the two on the ingredient screen mean? Two servings or two tarts?

OH Im sorry i will upload those diagrams they are in my cookbook on the puff pastry recipe. Ice water is just water with ice in it to keep it nice and cold. yes you can make 2 galettes or 2 tarts
